- This is a dynamic site so please check back whenever the rules have been updated. (the main admin gets tired of her own rules sometimes and updates them to make the site better)
- You can swear here but not too much. If some one tells you to tone it down the please do so. (Exeption: Explicit Content board)
- No one word/line replies. Posts have to be minimum 100 words. You can check this in the word counter at the bottom
- Don't make fun of the other members or start a big fight. If there is a problem, please let me or a staff member know.
- No godmodding. This means that you don't go off and control someone elses dragon or you make yourself invincible. If you are fighting with some one and there's no way out of their attack don't make one up. Sometimes people GM and they don't realize it. Tell them that they're GMing and if they don't stop please contact one of the staff members and they will take appropriate action.
- All writing is done in third person. Don't use u instead of you and don't use ** to describe your actions
- Please use good grammar. There's a spell check so please use it as it helps other players to understand what you're saying.
- Don't double post. This means that you wait for some one else to respond before you post again.
- You can't post in the RP section until your dragon is accepted.
- There are no humans in this world therefore there can be no riders or dragon anthros.
- You are allowed 2 characters maximum per clan. If you think you can handle more, pm one of the staff members first before making the profile.
- Main happenings in Dragon's Eye will be posted in the Plot board. In order to participate in these plots, you must sign up.
- Members who have acumilated 75 post are allowed to apply for a Lone dragon. Any one member may only have 2 lone dragons. Lone dragons are NOT permitted in the Clan lands, as they will be killed on the spot. Loners still have to sign up for plots and have to be requested and approved by a staff member. Please note that you can be denied a Loner or a position in the plots.
- Aging occurs every 6 (real) months for adult dragons (2 years+) and is counted from the day their profile's are accepted. Draklings age every 2 months until they are age 2. This is to speed up their integration into the clan and to allow them to take positions faster. Each member is responsible for aging their own dragon.
- The color of your dragon is up to you. No weird, ugly colors though please. Color does not affect what clan you decide to join.
- When you fight with another dragon for a position in the clan, please let one of the staff members know so they can supervise just to make sure everyone is playing fairly. If one opponent doesn't respond to a post within two (real) weeks then the other fighter will win by default. (this doesn't apply if one player has previously posted in the Away board.)
- If you are in a thread with more than two people, you have two (real) weeks to respond. If you do not respond within two weeks then you will be skipped. This is to keep the other people interested and to keep the thread moving.
- When you're dragon is speaking, please either use a color or put it in bold. When they're thinking put it in italics. It just makes it easier for people to read.
- Mating occurs within the clan but it can also occur between clans. It's highly unrecommended though because of the tension between the three clans. If the parents are from different clans then the draklings go with the mother to her clan.
- No very graphic breeding please (unless posted in the Explicit Content board). They can be a bit graphic but to a degree. If the dragoness is going to give birth, pm one of the staff members who the parents are and they'll decide how many eggs; how many die; how many males/females. After that it's up to the player to find people to play them.
Info: Eggs have to be kept warm under the mother constantly for about a month before the hatch. Draklings are able to leave the cave 3 weeks later when their scales have mostly hardened; they start to fly a week after that. Only then are they allowed to integrate into the clan.
-The Explicit Content board is a place where members can post very graphic things that wouldn't normally be tolerated on the other boards. Members can do anything from over-the-top swearing to rape and anything in between. If you're sensitive to graphic things, whatever they may be, stay away from this board. There are to be NO complaints about this board.
